As a member of the Pega Marketing Development team, you will work closely with fellow Agile team members, Product Management, and other global teams to develop features and tools that allow our clients to enhance the way they manage relationships with their customers.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Use your programming knowledge to build robust, scalable solutions to solve complex marketing and decisioning problems
Leverage best-in-class Big Data and AI technologies from the Pega Platform to move state-of-the-art marketing technology to interact with people 1-to-1
Who You Are:
You are a graduating student well-versed in Java with a penchant for data science and data analytics. You have theoretical and project experience applying these principles; and are looking to apply this knowledge to solve complex and challenging real-world problems – e.g. How does a company with 10 million customers project in real-time the reach for a new product they are about to launch?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles
Java development experience via projects, internships, class work, etc.
Course or project experience in data science and data analytics
Agile development methodology experience/knowledge
Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them to solving challenging problems
