Digital Marketing Manager

Seeking a REMOTE Digital Marketing Manager to work with an agency in PA. Duties: Client Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Maintain and grow relationships with clients through regular communication, timely responses, and proactive problem-solving. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects from inception to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Team Collaboration and Management: Oversee the daily activities of employees, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Work closely with team members across departments to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in marketing efforts. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of growth and development. Content and Creative Oversight: Review and approve creative materials, copy, and layouts, ensuring they align with client and brand guidelines. Innovate and propose creative solutions to meet marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Make data-driven decisions to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve future marketing strategies. Meeting and Event Coordination: Prepare for and lead client meetings, team meetings, etc, setting agendas and ensuring all participants are aligned with the project goals. Follow up on meetings with actionable tasks and updates to keep projects moving forward. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or creative role with a focus on project management. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management. Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, seo and digital advertising. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving marketing goals. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
