Mail Clerk

We are seeking a Mail Clerk to support operations in payment processing and/or data keying. In this role, you will perform routine operational support tasks and look for ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. You will regularly receive guidance from a supervisor and escalate questions or issues as needed. This position involves basic client interactions and requires reliability, precision, and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities: Process lockbox payments, including opening payments and preparing deposits. Handle transaction negotiations with training. Perform data keying and check processing as needed. Identify and suggest potential process improvements. Support routine operational tasks and escalate issues as necessary. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of experience in Operations support or equivalent, which may include: Military experience High School Diploma/Associates Mandatory. Preferred Skills: Check processing. AR/AP Experience Data entry with a focus on accuracy. 10-key data entry experience. Familiarity with check processing. Work Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday- Night Shift- 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.38 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
