HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews
• Assist with payroll tasks, including PTO and timecards, in Paycom
• Handle employee relations matters
• Support employee-related benefits administration

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience with Paycom is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
