Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement People strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring senior leadership buy-in and support.

Culture & Engagement: Champion a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and fostering a "Great Place to Work."

Employee Experience: Oversee the end-to-end employee experience for Fulfillment Centers and Logistics, driving engagement, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire a diverse, skilled workforce that meets current and future business needs.

Talent Management: Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.

Learning & Development: Collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance skills and business performance.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations in partnership with legal and employee relations teams.

Employee Relations: Manage conflict resolution, performance issues, and remedial actions to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Compensation: Work with the Global Compensation team to manage pay structures, incentives, and communication programs.

People Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to drive informed, strategic decisions and measure key performance outcomes.

Change Management: Lead and embed change initiatives through effective communication and change management practices.

Organizational Effectiveness: Drive fit-for-purpose organizational structures, team effectiveness, leadership development, and competency growth.

Executive Coaching: Provide strategic coaching and guidance to senior leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; MBA is preferred.
  2. PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification preferred.
  3. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing Fulfillment Centers and/or Logistics HR Operations.
  4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, US labor laws, and compliance requirements in the retail or eCommerce industry.
  5. Broad HR knowledge in key domain areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  6. Experience in Change Management preferred.
  7. Proficiency in accessing HRIS systems, preferably Workday, for viewing and analyzing employee data.
  8. Solid understanding of performance measurement and experience in a metrics-driven environment.
  9. Excellent interpersonal, communications, influencing, and leadership skills.
  10. Strong conflict management skills.
  11. Demonstrated ability to balance business and employee needs.
  12. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  13. Demonstrated ability to produce results in a high volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive results through collaboration and influence.
  14. Ability to travel is required.
