Ideal candidate skill-set:

• Open Dental (or similar software) experience
• Itero scanner experience
• X-ray certification
• Enjoys the process of continual improvement and striving to be their best
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing, submitting claims, PPO terminology, etc.
• Prior dental assisting experience and understanding of higher-end dentistry
• Ability to work 30-35 hours per week
