What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a caring, team-player with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to support our patients and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Treatment planning and presenting options to patients
• Keeping schedules full and efficient
• Collecting payments and managing patient accounts
• Checking patients in and out

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
