A growing technology company is seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team in a Receptionist/Admin role. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this position requires a polished, personable individual who can also support various administrative tasks.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch), off on Friday. Flexibility with hours may be available.
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and route incoming calls.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, processing mail, and ordering office supplies.
Create and maintain records and filing systems.
Assist with special projects related to documentation, quality, or regulatory compliance, depending on the candidate’s experience.
Manage office logistics, including coordinating catered events and monitoring building access to ensure safety and confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
Background in medical devices, regulatory/compliance, software testing, or quality/documentation is highly valued.
Experience in a software or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of general administrative experience in a professional setting.
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
