**Job Description**

Adecco is assisting a top-tier company in **Melville, New York** , in hiring an **Administrative Assistant** . This is a **Direct Hire** opportunity offering a competitive salary of **$55K** plus monthly bonuses ranging from **$1-2K** .

The Administrative Assistant will support the Sales team by managing incoming calls and communications, addressing customers' reporting needs, responding to inquiries regarding contracts, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, and coordinating and distributing surveys to gather valuable feedback.

**Requirements**

+ **College degree** (preferred).

+ Strong proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook).

+ **Tech-savvy** and adaptable to new tools and systems.

+ **Fluency in Spanish** (preferred).

**Schedule**

+ Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 6 pm

+ Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
