Data Analyst

An industry-leading global organization seeks an Associate to Mid-Level Data Analyst!

As the data point-of-contact for ongoing projects, you will help a team improve data quality and communication across other cross-functional teams and external vendors. You will be tasked with building Excel dashboards to share meaningful insights with the team. You will perform materials forecasting and will primarily work within Excel, combining several worksheets and visualizing for real-time updates. You will also work in Tableau, as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Combining multiple data sheets (via Excel) for data analysis
• Building data visualization in Excel for real-time updates
• Sharing findings with third party vendors for order
• Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Following up with vendors on requested material orders

This is a 12-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm) in the Vinings.

This team follows a hybrid model: in-office Mon-Thu & remote on Fri.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-8 years (Associate to Mid Level) of experience as a Data Analyst
• Forecasting experience
• Expert level Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, charts, graphs, formulas, exports)
• Data visualization tool experience (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)
• SQL querying experience
• Strong communication skills
