Job Title: Data Analyst(Senior)
Duration: 5 years
Location: Washington DC - Local resources preferred - Hybrid/Remote

Note: For Data analyst, simply data analysis, SQL , Microsoft tools (excel etc) , data collection techniques etc.
The Data Analyst shall have demonstrated experience collecting, developing, and interpreting key data points to support operational decision-making in the public sector. Assists in the development and implementation of data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Manages and improves existing reporting systems and performs complex analyses. Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, risk assessment, and decision-making processes. Responsible for developing and implementing best practices in data collection methodologies and analyses. Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership. Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less-senior analysts. Defines data assets (data models) for collection and population of such data models. The individual is expected to have working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration. Leads strategy-driven research planning, management, implementation, and analysis efforts. Leads collaborative and relationship-building efforts across relevant internal and external stakeholders to support successful evaluation and assessment efforts. Must be detail- oriented and think logically. Possesses excellent problem solving and analytical skills and excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Possesses the ability to keep up with new business and technical concepts. Able to work with minimal supervision. Possesses strong team leadership and risk management ability.

The Data Analyst (Senior) must have a minimum of:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience planning, conducting, and participating in the facets of performance requirements as described in Section 3 of this PWS and the experiences described above.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience planning, conducting, and participating in the facets of performance requirements as described in Section 3 of this PWS and the experiences described above.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
