- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and assist them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings effectively and efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents as required by the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
