Seeking a dynamic, on-site Recruiting Specialist with a high-energy attitude and a hands-on approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven background in grassroots recruiting, and can effectively engage with both applicants and community organizations. Strict punctuality is essential—reliable daily attendance is a must. This is a non-permanent position expected to extend beyond 6 months due to ongoing expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, including attending job fairs, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with community groups, local agencies, and candidate pipelines to support staffing needs.
  • Participate in on-site orientation sessions and support the onboarding process, including 30-day reviews.
  • Execute various administrative tasks, such as posting recruitment materials on-site and ensuring updated communications on internal displays.
  • Assist in the recruitment for various positions, including drivers and warehouse roles.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including one evening per week until approximately 7:30–8:00 pm.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated recruiting experience, especially in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
  • High energy and creativity; the ability to introduce and implement new sourcing ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional yet approachable demeanor.
  • Comfortable driving to job fairs and community events.
  • Excellent memory and retention skills for tracking candidates and requirements.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.


Preferred Experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience for roles such as warehouse associates, order pickers, or other light industrial positions.
  • Interview Process:

    • Initial 30-minute phone interview followed by a face-to-face meeting.


    Hours & Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm or 9:00 am–6:00 pm; flexibility required.
    • One evening per week until about 7:30–8:00 pm.
