Position Description:

EXXEED is looking for Full Desk Principal Recruiters (LEGAL, Technical and General) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity on the ground floor of a high-growth, early-stage company and build your book of business. Full Desk Principal Recruiters are a cornerstone function for EXXEED that will not only accelerate your professional development and career but also provide a platform to make a significant impact in the industry.


As a Full Desk Principal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to identify and hire top talent. In this role, you will focus on client acquisition, strategic relationship building, and developing recruitment partnerships with executives and hiring teams. You also partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. You'll negotiate offers and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities by connecting with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat partnerships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview top tech talent using a variety of efficient and proven methods.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and recruiting best practices.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development and client acquisition, ideally in a sales-driven role.
  • Proven ability to successfully engage with and sell to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or selling to legal, finance, healthcare, or technology industries.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, agency preferred, with an understanding of corporate recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Obsessed with client success and delivering the highest value to them.

Location: Hybrid - Irvine, CA-based


Compensation Range: Base Salary starts at $70,000, plus commission % payout. Conservatively, on-target compensation is targeted at $140,000 - $200,000.
