We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to help recruit and attract a talented pool of applicants in our headquarters office. This person has a passion for working with others and will assist in creating a great candidate experience from beginning to end.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers on current and future needs of their departments.
  • Working closely with the HR Manager and team on hiring trends.
  • Screen resumes and set up phone screenings for candidates where needed.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring managers.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and utilize various recruiting sources to identify and attract candidates.
  • Send offer letters and assist with onboarding.
  • Any other HR duties assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High-energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
