YES, CHEF! | We are seeking an experienced Sr Recruiter at HexClad who will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from managing open requisitions to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will lead the recruitment strategy, partner with recruiting arms, hiring managers, and foster a positive, inclusive interview process. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, crafting effective strategies to attract top talent while maintaining a seamless, respectful interview process. By managing open requisitions and leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll help build a strong, dynamic team that drives HexClad’s success.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with HexClad’s growth objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a respectful, timely, and engaging process that aligns with HexClad’s values.
- Interview Process Management: Oversee the entire interview process, from initial screening to final selection, while maintaining a structured, fair, and consistent approach.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Open Requisition Oversight: Manage and prioritize open job requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring that meets the demands of the business.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen HexClad’s employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
- Data and Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Background in recruiting for the DTC, eCommerce industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- A passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
