We are seeking a Cyber Security Proposal Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Tysons Corner, VA. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will support recruiting efforts for cyber security-focused proposals, ensuring that we attract and retain top-tier talent to deliver on our government contracts. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills in proposal-based recruiting within the government contracting space.
You will work on-site at our Tysons Corner office three days a week, collaborating closely with hiring managers, proposal teams, and subject matter experts to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with proposal teams to understand staffing requirements and create recruitment strategies tailored to cyber security roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with a focus on technical skills, clearances, and government contracting experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers and proposal teams to ensure alignment on qualifications, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through social media, networking events, and industry databases.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical competencies, cultural fit, and clearance eligibility.
- Stay current with industry trends, cyber security certifications, and government contracting requirements to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Support proposal submissions by creating and maintaining resumes, bios, and qualification matrices for key personnel.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting in the government contracting or cyber security domain.
- Knowledge of security clearance levels (Secret, Top Secret, etc).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience recruiting for cyber security roles, including those requiring certifications like CISSP, CEH, or Security+.
Preferred
- Understanding of EEO and OFCCP compliance in recruitment processes.
