Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting executives in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in event planning and execution for internal and external functions.
- Manage office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting before distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling calls and inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with office management practices is a plus.
- A background in personal assistant roles will be beneficial for this position.
