Executive Assistant
Location: Remote in Los Angeles, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $70,000 per year, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to support our fast-paced CEO. This is an essential role designed to free up the CEO’s time and ensure maximum efficiency in daily operations and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, be proficient on social media platforms, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who is eager to work hard, is detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to the CEO by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling daily tasks.
· AI Proficiency: Utilize AI tools and platforms to streamline tasks and optimize efficiency for the CEO.
· Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the CEO’s social media presence, crafting posts, and interacting with followers to enhance the CEO's brand and visibility.
· Presentation Decks: Create and update high-quality presentations, reports, and documents to assist with meetings, pitches, and strategy sessions.
· Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
· Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including logistics and itinerary management.
· Project Management: Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
· Attention to Detail: Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation.
· Time Management: Proactively prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
· Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
· Education: Must be a university graduate, with a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience working with AI tools and technologies.
· Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with managing and engaging on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
· Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and editing PowerPoint or Google Slides
presentations.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-level stakeholders.
· Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
· Work Ethic: Willingness to work long hours and go above and beyond to ensure tasks are completed.
· Energetic and Enthusiastic: A proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting a fast-paced CEO.
· Travel: Willingness to travel as required (domestic and occasional international trips).
· Experience: Prior experience in executive support, project management, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
