Job Title: Full-Time Special Education Teacher

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Melrose, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator with a passion for supporting students with special needs. The teacher will work with students in various settings, providing individualized instruction, developing IEPs, and working collaboratively with other educators to help students meet their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver individualized lesson plans based on IEPs
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students
• Track and monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Work with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
• Implement behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education (required)
• Valid state certification in Special Education (required)
• Experience in working with students with special needs is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

End Date: End of 2024-2025 school year
