Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and closely monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Design and deliver tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with school staff and foster open communication with parents and guardians.
• Provide guidance and support to students with diverse levels of special needs.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Alabama Special Education License.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
