JOB SUMMARY
KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Accounting team and works in close conjunction with multiple departments within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
- Manage day-to-day Accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Inventory, Sales Programming, and General Ledger functions
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual Consolidated Financial Statements as well as quarterly reporting to Parent Company
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and Accounting standards (GAAP)
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to support business decisions
- Assist with Companies budgeting and forecasting process
- Coordinate and support annual financial reviews, audits, and tax preparations with external Auditors
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Accounting team, fostering professional development and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights
- Prepare Budget-to-Actual report and other ad-hoc reports as required
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and be well versed in issues encountered by Controllers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Active CPA license required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP
- Experience utilizing a CRM tool, SAP or Salesforce preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Proven Supervisory experience.
