Accounting Technician Job at Insight Global in Bonita Springs

Flexible Hourly Rate: $20 - 24+/hr

Available to start: January 2025

Schedule: Hybrid Work Schedule

• Onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) / Remote (Monday & Friday)
• 8:00am - 5:00pm EST (Overtime availability!)

Insight Global is look for an Accounting Analyst to support an outsourcing management company in Bonita Springs, FL. This person will perform a variety of reconciliations and analytical duties according to established policies and procedures, be responsible to ensure clients receivable accounts are properly maintained. Some essential functions of the role include:

• Heavy analytical and problem-solving work of client accounts and special projects

• Heavy use of excel to reconcile line items and recognize differences within data

• Monitor payment status and reconcile payments on a consistent basis

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-4 years of hands-on financial data reconciliation analysis
• Finance/Account or Business Degree

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous reconciliation experience
• Previous experience working with large amounts of data
