A women-owned, mid-size California law firm seeks a Litigation Legal Secretary. This position is in office the first 3 months, and then hybrid with 3 days in office/week. Position requires (i) 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience; (ii) experience with both state and federal filing; (iii) strong technical skills. Position includes a base salary of $70,000-90,000 DOE + annual bonus + excellent benefits (including no health insurance premiums).

Responsibilities
•Editing and finalizing legal documents, letters, and reports
•DocketCalendar
•Filing with state and federal courts (including e-filing)
•General administrative duties such as answering phones, expense reports, travel arrangements and managing attorneys' schedules
•Manage work for multiple cases and multiple attorneys
•Work independently as well as support team efforts
