Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Handle document production and file management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
  • Conduct extensive e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and legal documents.
  • Manage legal calendaring via Juralaw and other electronic court rule programs.
  • Coordinate multiple calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare travel and expense reimbursements promptly and accurately.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary, supporting multiple attorneys.
  • Strong knowledge of court rules and civil procedures in state and federal jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Coyote timekeeping, and DMS (iManage) or similar software.
  • Familiarity with transactional law and administrative hearing procedures is a plus.
