Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
• Improve production processes and optimize resources.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety.
• Track and report production performance and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production management in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
