About Our Client

Job Description

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production KPIs (key performance indicators), ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and output are achieved.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure raw materials are available for production.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP) and company quality specifications.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing costs.
• Lead initiatives for process automation and technology adoption.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, and logistics teams to align production capabilities with product development and launches.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry.
• Strong background in GMP, HACCP, or other relevant compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
