Brown Advisory is currently seeking a proactive and experienced professional to support our Recruiting and broader Human Resources team. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting and contributing to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

Salary: $65-$75k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility (if applicable).

Brown Advisory is currently seeking a proactive and experienced professional to support our Recruiting and broader Human Resources team. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting and contributing to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.
Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Schedules complex internal and external candidate interviews within multiple time-zones
- Proactively communicates with candidates and interviewers during scheduling process
- Collaborates with executive assistants in all office locations for interview scheduling
- Coordinates candidate arrival information, travel and other logistics as needed for both virtual and onsite interviews
- Provides administrative support to members of the Recruiting and Human Resources team including preparing materials, scheduling trainings, and other internal meetings
- Provides basic reporting support within Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Completes reference checks as needed
- Assists in the administration of Workday ATS recruiting processes, LinkedIn job postings, and intranet content
- Posts job descriptions to the company Careers page and job boards
- Solicits and tracks candidate assessment forms from hiring team and prepares candidate feedback summaries as needed
- Assists with the internship recruitment life cycle including interview scheduling, coordinating campus activities and candidate travel, and on-site events
- Organizes and maintains Recruiting and other HR shared folders
- Assists with onboarding of temporary and permanent staff including communications, document organization, and new hire training meeting scheduling
- Performs other duties of a similar or related level and assists with special projects as needed
- Supports broader HR team as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Advanced Outlook skills and prior scheduling experience in Outlook
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
- Highly collaborative and possesses a "can do" attitude
- Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work in the Baltimore office
