Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including:Scheduling high volumes of interviews (coordinate availability, book conference rooms or video conferences, send planners and confirmation emails).
  • Producing contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, while understanding regional legal requirements and variances.
  • Processing internal transfers.
  • Managing onboarding and pre-hire checks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and ensure trackers are updated.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the post-offer, pre-hire process, ensuring all critical steps are completed before their start date.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, and Finance to address issues or escalations, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to support HR operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education:
    • BA/BS degree required.
    • Certifications or coursework in HR expertise preferred.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Proven attention to detail and operational excellence within HR processes.
    • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build effective, trusted networks.
    • Exceptional communication skills, tailoring messages for various audiences.
    • Highly motivated and capable of inspiring others toward higher performance.
    • Experience with Workday (preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to manage contracts and other HR documentation with precision.
