Job Description
Pay: Calculated based on years of licensed experience
- Fully Licensed | Range starts at $70,000 annually
- Under-Licensed | Range starts at $60,000 annually
Schedule: Creative & Flexible Schedules
- Traditional: Mon - Fri | 8a - 5p
- Opportunity for 4 ten-hour days
Retention Sign-on Bonus!
- $2,500 for (Under-licensed)
- $5,000 for (Fully-licensed)

- Provide intensive individual therapy to a small caseload with a wide range of mental health issues.
- Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm creative solutions and continuously improve our outreach efforts; as well as community partnerships to help individuals work towards stability and treatment success.
- A motivated self-starter with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show empathy and compassion for individuals facing serious mental health and legal challenges.
- Master’s degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, licensure in the State of Utah
- CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
- Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
