Job ID: 2770266 | Amazon.com Services LLC We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the Engine organization part of the eCF organization. The Engine org comprises of multiple teams that are working together to drive value for Amazon. It includes the following teams - The Intelligent Cloud Control (ICC) operates Amazon's global websites and makes sure they are available, resilient, and efficient; the Enterprise Engineering team that empowers Amazonians to securely and reliably access corporate resources and tools and the Global IT Services team of frontline IT engineers teaming with behind-the-scenes broadcast, infrastructure and network engineers enabling Amazonians with IT technologies.

This Sr. HRBP would partner closely with business leaders on talent priorities that lead to business impact, including employee experience for this team of builders, org health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse Tech workforce at all levels, driving and innovating improvements to our Tech promo process, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions with our leaders.

To drive these priorities effectively, this individual must have the ability to learn complex, diverse businesses in depth, understand nuanced differences between tech roles, influence with data, drive people initiatives that lead to business impact, and coach senior leaders to maximize their leadership effectiveness. Prior experience partnering with Tech teams is a plus, but not essential for the candidate who is excited to dive in and learn. In this role, the individual will also be part of the eCF PXT team and will drive multiple key talent priorities across the broader eCF organization. Key Job Responsibilities

Implements employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values. Develops and executes a life-cycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions in support of business objectives. Coaches and consults on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes. Streamlines and implements new processes to create speed, efficiency and agility within the organization. Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution. Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention. Facilitates the consistent application, implementation and improvement of Human Resources programs. Partners with HRP team and business leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation. Collaborates with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives and internal mobility. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role with broad knowledge and experience. Knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred. Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies. Experience in HRBP role with prior tech organization experience. Experience partnering with executive business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings. Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization, including senior leaders. Strong analytical skills, including ability to deep dive data, surface insights, and build initiatives to address. Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document writing and facilitator skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
