About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a company that is reshaping the future of search and digital advertising. The Search Ads team focuses on building world-class search monetization systems for a globally leading digital platform. As part of the team, you will work on machine learning models for ads relevance , NLP for query understanding, and optimizing ad delivery at scale. What You'll Do: Develop ads relevance models and ranking algorithms for search ads optimization. Implement NLP technologies for query understanding, including semantic matching and bidword optimization . Work on enhancing CTR/CVR model accuracy through data analysis and feature engineering. Optimize ads pacing algorithms and control traffic for improved ad performance. Collaborate with product teams to define ad features and strategies. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning , Search Ads , or related fields. Expertise in NLP , Deep Learning , Ranking systems , or Recommendation systems . Experience with search ads technologies , including ad relevance models and monetization products . Proficiency in Python , C++ , or Go . BS or MS in Computer Science , Engineering , or related fields.
