We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Owner II to join our Structured Debt CLO & Loans team. This is a hybrid role (in office 3 days a week) and can be located out of our Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office.
From traditional to complex transactions, and with our deep talent and global scale, Structured Debt delivers a full range of solutions and services across all key asset classes and financing structures, including Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), Asset Backed Securities (ABS).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes by setting ambitious and clear product visions and communicates effectively and ensuring that the product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements. Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicating updates to stakeholders. Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team (digital PO's). Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary. Monitors the risk and regulatory environment and partners with the senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed. Facilitates release planning with stakeholders and manages sprint demos. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Minimum of 5+ years within a Product role. Domain expertise in relevant CLOs, broadly syndicated bank loans, and private credit with an emphasis on operations design and process efficiency. Experience working in an agile environment. Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas. Strong leadership and influencing skills as an individual contributor. Ability to manage a team to solutioning and for progression. Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is essential. Experience in the following applications or disciplines: Collateralized Loan Obligations, Solvas, ClearPar, CLO compliance / waterfall modelling, Loan Administration, or Wall Street Office.
