Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) - Mental Health

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to join our mental health team in the picturesque Finger Lakes region. As a Clinical Primary Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals and groups on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
• Collaborate with clients and families to establish treatment goals and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency mental health crisis evaluations
• Contribute to a healing environment that promotes dignity, respect, and well-being

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Nursing, Art Therapy, or Psychology (Ph.D. preferred)
• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
• Minimum 1 year experience in a mental health or hospital setting (3+ years preferred)
• Valid NYS driver's license with a clean record
• BLS certification (obtained during clinical orientation)
• CPI certification (to be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
