We are actively seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey, for a long-term contract assignment. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to our high-level executives. This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, liaising with Board of Directors, and supporting C-Suite.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and communications for the CEO and CFO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare executives for meetings, including drafting correspondence and presentations.
  • Provide reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives and independently manage projects.
  • Coordinate key events like the Annual Meeting and Board of Directors (BOD) retreats.
  • Maintain BOD documentation, take meeting minutes, and ensure compliance.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including tracking expenses and coordinating travel.
  • Streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Build relationships across the organization to enhance operations and collaboration.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in an administrative position supporting C-level executives and BOD.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), ASANA and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.
  • B.A. or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and team player.
  • Effective at interacting with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to set and achieve personal and team goals aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Capable of coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, maximizing personal and team strengths.
