Key Responsibilities: Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and professionally. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their commercial insurance options, tailoring coverage to meet their specific business requirements. Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with a keen eye for detail. Work closely with underwriters and other insurance professionals to secure the best coverage options for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
P&C Insurance License: A current Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance is essential.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll be directly interacting with clients and underwriters on a regular basis.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
