CTG is seeking to fill a Hardware Developer Generalist / Integration Technician opening for our client in Albany, NY.

Duties: Generate daily WIP (Work in Progress) reports and communicate with lot owners during daily WIP meetings. Summarize the tool status and provide updates on tools with WIP bubbles to lot owners during daily WIP meetings. Follow up on lots on hold with extended processing time by contacting lot owners. Follow up on FA (Failure Analysis) submissions and deliver samples to the FA lab. Hand-carry wafer FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) for critical lots identified by the team. Conduct in-line inspections as requested by lot owners. Collaborate with tool owners and lot owners to address tool-related holds. Skills: Proficiency in documentation and software tools such as Microsoft Excel and WIP operation suite. Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with diverse teams, including tool owners and lot owners. Ability to conduct in-line inspections and follow up on holds in a timely manner. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a semiconductor-fab Technician or as a Tool Owner/Engineer. Education: Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in semiconductor fabrication. Other Requirements: Full-time on-site, 9 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend coverage on demand. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
