Job Title: Graphic Designer/Analyst Position Type: Contingent upon contract award Location: 1500 Army Pentagon, Washington DC 20310 Salary Rang e : $85,000 - $115,000/annually Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO

Job Summary: The Graphic Designer/Analyst will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and providing analytical support to communication strategies. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and analytical capabilities to enhance messaging through graphic elements while assessing the effectiveness of communication campaigns. The individual will work closely with the communications team to produce designs that align with strategic goals and evaluate the impact of those designs in achieving communication objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality visual content, including infographics, presentations, social media graphics, and marketing materials, to support communication strategies. Collaborate with communication teams to develop and refine design concepts that effectively convey messages to target audiences. Analyze the effectiveness of graphic design materials in communication campaigns, using data and feedback to adjust and optimize designs. Work with both digital and print media formats, ensuring consistency in design across various platforms. Maintain brand consistency by adhering to organizational style guides and design standards in all materials. Provide support in the development of marketing and communication strategies, using graphic design and analytics to inform decisions. Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of design outputs. Present design concepts and results to stakeholders, explaining the creative process and demonstrating how designs contribute to communication goals. Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic, tactical, and media communication, particularly in a graphic design and analytical capacity. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and design principles. Experience in creating and analyzing digital and print media for communication campaigns. Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve design and communication effectiveness. Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and results to various stakeholders. Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree Specialized Work Experience:
