ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an Associate Manager for Trade Shows, Marketing & Displays to be located in Wilton, CT. This role will support trade shows to include product selection, booth location, floor plan execution, as well as manage trade show database/tools and support the overall event to measure success. In addition, they will support retailers on their specific requests from intake to project management to display execution in order to ensure positive consumer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and extremely personable, love multitasking and wearing many hats.

Responsibilities:

Trade Shows, Showrooms & Events: Venue and product selection, booth location, design execution On-site booth setup and/or breakdown Measure success of trade shows to determine which we will return to Maintain Trade Show database (Google Sheets) Wilton Showroom management Assist with planning of large company events, including; Global Sales Meeting, International Toy Fair Project Management: Coordinate project schedules, resources, information, and all relevant details Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise ensuring clients' needs are met as a project evolves. Manage deadlines to ensure the project is completed on time/budget. Maintain project management tool (Jira Software) Sales Support: Work across channels to receive updates for new product packaging comps, prototypes, and samples. Work with vendor(s) to have updated samples made and delivered for trade shows, sales, marketing, etc. Distribute packaging comps, prototypes, and samples Maintain Planogram software, including; on-boarding new users and data/image updates Creating and maintaining selling tools for sales team Assist in the development of team budget and track all spending Manage all incoming invoices to ensure timely payment Create/maintain content for commercial intranet page Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office / GSuite Experience using JIRA, or the Project Management tools preferred Must have solid organizational skills, be able to multitask and be good with time-management Works both well within a team and independently Experience in project coordination, from conception to delivery Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Must communicate clearly and professionally - both internally as well as with vendors and customers
