Supply Chain Director, Aftermarket and Service
Parts: Develop and maintain accurate Service BOM, lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. Global OEM automotive or trucking parts exp, handle material worth over USD 100 mi, material cost optimization. Reqs Bachelors Degree or higher in Ind Eng or related discipline, w/60 mos of exp. Travel reqd.
Lead Vehicle Cybersecurity Engineer
Manufacturing: Lead, design and execute Nikolas cybersecurity capabilities. Experience with vehicle-level Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment; asymmetric and symmetric cryptography algorithms; using ASPIC methodology. Reqs Bachelors Degree or higher in Electronic Eng or related discipline, w/60 mos of exp.
Lead Fastener Engineer: Oversee the design of joints and bolts for Chassis Group and others, interface with all systems and subsystems. Experience with fasteners and the automotive quality standards, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T, Packaging. With fastener selection, recommendation and joint design release. Masters Degree or higher in Manufacturing Eng or related discipline, w/48 mos of exp. Travel reqd.
Sr. Manager, Readiness Engineering: Support our vehicle launch and material change processes. Work closes with all departments engaged in the launch operations. Experience with vehicle launch for OEM or Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, working knowledge vehicle product structure and manufacturing processes. Masters in Management degree or related discipline, w/36 mos of exp.
Senior Readiness Coordinator: Support our vehicle launch and material change processes. Work closely with all depts engaged in the launch process to support our growing product lines. Experience with procuring new components to build new automotive/truck products; coordinating activities related to new projects and eng changes. Bachelors Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng or related disc w/60 mos of exp.
Director, Electrical Electronic Systems Architecture: Manage team assignments on a per project basis using Eng Change system, create tasks w/clearly defined deliverables, Manage the EE teams commissioning support. Experience with leading engineering launching the initial batch of vehicles in each build phase, perform DFMEA and FMEA design review. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Eng or related discipline w/60 mos of exp.
