One of Beacon Hill's fast-growing clients is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Contract Recruiter to join their team. As a recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles to support our expanding business. This is a remote, contract-based position ideal for someone with experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates for fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding and offer negotiations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a remote, contract, or agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech, sales, admin, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to conduct interviews via video conferencing platforms
  • Background in high-volume recruitment
  • Previous experience working with global teams
