Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. This role is pivotal in shaping and sustaining our positive work culture, managing HR functions, and aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably within the healthcare industry, and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and culture, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand and address staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively while promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal processes. Develop programs for employee development, training, and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • HR Systems: Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for managing employee data and generating reports. Continuously improve HR processes and systems.
  • Organizational Development: Implement initiatives to enhance team engagement and productivity. Support organizational change efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a significant portion in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
