Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. The HR Manager will play a critical role in recruiting top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This individual will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and support the professional growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

HR Policies and Compliance:
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Conduct regular training on workplace policies, safety, and anti-discrimination practices.

Performance Management and Development:
Manage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Develop and implement employee training and professional development programs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
