- Build long standing relationships with internal and external customers that trust you

HR Manager core responsibilities include:
- Supporting end to end recruitment lifecycle from planning and organizing through onboarding and training while collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Administering HR processes including policies and procedures, organizational development, HR KPI's, and HRIS.
- Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems
- Planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating work activities of direct reports
- Managing all employee relations, as a liaison and advocate for the organization's culture.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance for the organization, including employment law, filings, and safety.
- Managing employee benefits administration

Qualifications
HR Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of human resources experience required with 2+ years of HR management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Working experience with HRIS and payroll systems, Paycom preferred
- Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, AAP, HIPAA
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivated and highly organized
