Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and independence in supporting the corporate office on a wide variety of complex issues.
- Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and agendas, receiving visitors, arranging meetings, travel and conference calls, and calendar management.
- Receive and screen corporate calls; independently determines severity and content, and either transfers the call or act on behalf of the President or Executive team as appropriate.
- Handles all correspondence for Executives. Drafts routine correspondence and expedites urgent, confidential, and important correspondence to appropriate personnel as needed. All correspondence follows the bank's style guidelines, is accurate, and free from errors.
- Provides high-level administrative support; conducts research, prepares statistical reports, performs financial functions, completes expense reports, oversees projects, handles information requests.
- Administer confidential employee information for executive's direct reports, such as organization charts, performance management, salary information and changes, time off requests, and vacation/sick accruals.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, monitoring RSVP's, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Manage and oversee the coordination and application of corporate sponsorships, including publications, promotional items, tickets, and outings.
- Work independently and within a team on special and non-recurring and ongoing projects.Act as a project manager for special projects, such as planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing companywide events.
- Provide assistance in the coordination of on-site State and Federal Regulatory review events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position is required but prefer a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience, preferably in a banking or financial organization.
- Must possess the ability to multitask, work independently, have strong attention to detail and demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency of the English language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
