Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus, but not required.
