Director of Catering Compensation and Benefits

Director of Catering Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bring at least 3 years of experience in a Director-level catering role, preferably in a higher education environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed expectations
• Oversee vendor purchasing, inventory management, and upscale catering operations
• Utilize Kronos (familiarity preferred) for workforce management
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional catering and banquet services tailored to campus needs
