Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing, ensuring efficient data ingestion and integration from diverse sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and implement tracking plans in Adobe Launch for various marketing initiatives.
  • Configure Adobe Launch rules, data elements, and extensions to enable effective data collection and tracking.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Adobe Launch implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of streaming data, user behavior, conversion rates, customer journeys, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for website and campaign optimizations based on real-time data analysis and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement data-driven strategies and improve overall digital performance.
  • Stay updated with Adobe Launch features, emerging data streaming technologies, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements to existing analytics infrastructure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a digital analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing digital marketing data.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of Kafka architecture, concepts like topics, partitions, brokers, and experience with Kafka connectors and streaming APIs.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Proficiency in configuring Adobe Launch rules, data elements, and extensions.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualification : Proficiency in Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics data collection and tracking capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with Kafka, and a good understanding of Adobe Analytics implementation.
