The People and Culture Data Analyst will conduct advanced analytical tasks in human resource management, including preparing comprehensive reports and performing in-depth analysis. The candidate will develop innovative analytical solutions, enhance report designs, and convert data into actionable insights to support HR strategies and decision-making processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain systems for organizing, tracking, and analyzing HR data.
- Transform data analysis into data visualizations to present trends and other business insights to support decision making.
- Develop, update, and evaluate dashboards for the department and across different departments.
- Utilize HRIS applications, such as ADP Workforce Now, to identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for the HR team and leadership.
- Assist in preparing and launching HR initiatives, including talent management, performance assessments, open enrollment, and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify trends and create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and respond to HR requests in a timely manner.
- Lead all HR data gathering and survey initiatives.
- Assist with the design, upkeep, and management of the People and Culture Hub.
- Assist in evaluations for FLSA, EEO, and NAICS Worker’s Compensation, and support audit and compliance efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in related area.
- 3-5 years of data analytics and/or business intelligence (human resources related is preferred, but not required.
- Experienced in gathering, organizing, and analyzing HR data, with a solid understanding of business and strong presentation abilities.
- Skilled in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, highly preferred.
- Experienced in data visualization, with knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI, highly preferred
- Highly competent in data analysis and advanced Excel skills, particularly in the HR field, with strong communication and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Collaborative team player capable of managing various tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in handing and preparing data, which involves cleaning, moving, and integrating..
