Job Description:
As a Swing Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations during the swing shift, ensuring injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment operate efficiently. You will lead a team, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain quality standards to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production operators to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Oversee the installation and removal of molds using forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Monitor production processes and ensure the flow of quality parts.

• Utilize inspection equipment such as pin gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure quality compliance.

• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and coaching of production team members.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines remain in optimal working condition.

• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and engineering drawings.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with management, quality inspectors, and team members.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE injection molding or plastics experience.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with injection molding machines and related equipment.

• Experience using inspection tools such as calipers and pin gauges.

• Forklift operation experience is preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Swing Shift (Full-Time)

Compensation:

• $24-$32/hour (based on experience).
